Una fina torrent abocar a l&#8217;aigua, i despr\u00e9s l&#8217;oli. Pastar la massa durant 5 minuts, Cobrir amb paper film i deixa-la reposar 1 hora <\/p>\n<p>Pas 2<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/69b4084d6e6b326c5a80c2009e8e730d.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Pela la ceba, porro, esbandir b\u00e9. Pica la ceba i la part blanca del porro prim mig anells. En una gran paella, escalfar l&#8217;oli, posar la ceba i coure durant 10 minuts, remenant de tant en tant. Escaldes-engordany els tom\u00e0quets amb aigua bullint, traieu les pells. La pasta de picar. <\/p>\n<p>Pas 4<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/f7b12f64d87f2c88d18f5f9b156dd404.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Afegir la farigola i els tom\u00e0quets, les cebes, assaoneu amb sal i pebre al gust. Barrejar b\u00e9. Es cou la verdura, cobert per 45 min. Durant 10 min. abans de la final eliminar la coberta. Retirar del foc i deixar refredar a temperatura ambient. <\/p>\n<p>Pas 5<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/93c62eb4ba1595c5c28e9b078a446aa7.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> El peix eliminar caps, cues i coratge. Dividir cada un peix en 2 filets, eliminar la medul la \u00f2ssia i grans costella ossos. <\/p>\n<p>Pas 6<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2a1b10fc880ca2262e7a58bd60798646.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Pre-escalfa el forn a 200\u00b0C. el greix de la safata per Enfornar amb oli. Estenem la massa en una fina capa, est\u00e8s sobre una safata per enfornar, per fer de para-xocs. Posar la massa sobre la barreja de ceba en una capa. A la part superior de la farciment, poseu la graella de peix, tallat en tires fines.<br \/>\nAl centre de cada diamant posar d&#8217;oliva.
