Salteu el carbass\u00f3 amb la meitat de l&#8217;all fins que estiguin toves, de la temporada. Els bolets tallats a rodanxes i fregir amb l&#8217;all fins que estiguin daurats, 5 minuts. <\/p>\n<p>Pas 3<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/d7e8501d82a9838f21a93e0e9bf02d6d.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Tall de cirera a quarts, olives \u2013 cercles. <\/p>\n<p>Pas 4<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/842023bf8e16d114b5e7cc06bc156ff2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Barreja en un bol 2 ous i espinacs, de la temporada. Calor 1 culleradeta d&#8217;oli, aboqui la barreja d&#8217;ou i cuinar la truita a foc mitj\u00e0, aixecant la daurats vora i que permeten la barreja l\u00edquida a fluir sota d&#8217;ells. Truita est\u00e0 llest quan es bronzeja a la part inferior, per\u00f2 lleugerament humida a la part superior. Agitar-lo sobre el plat humit costat. <\/p>\n<p>Pas 5<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/1247e24d4924bbc65f7bb837b881b9aa.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Barrejar 2 ous i el pebrot, la temporada. Fregir la truita i van passar a ous remenats amb espinacs. Preparar la resta de truites i plec apilats un damunt de l&#8217;altre.
