Mash in a mortar the garlic with the salt, saffron and Cayenne pepper. Mix the resulting paste with the yolks. <\/p>\n<p>2. Whisking, gradually add olive oil (every 10 sec. coffee spoon of oil) until the sauce thickens. <\/p>\n<p>3. Check whether enough salt and pepper.
