Ajouter l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, fenouil, la coriandre et le persil (une pinc\u00e9e de chaque type de verdure laisser pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 la table). Faire mariner les steaks dans la finale du m\u00e9lange et placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures <\/p>\n<p>Des haricots en conserve rincer \u00e0 l&#8217;eau froide dans une passoire et \u00e9goutter, m\u00e9langer avec le reste des ingr\u00e9dients de la salade, assaisonner avec le sel, le sucre et le poivre blanc. <\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer une po\u00eale-grill, mettre les steaks de thon et les faire cuire \u00e0 feu vif 3 minutes, Puis r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu moyen et faire revenir les steaks d&#8217;autre part, 2 minutes (la viande doit rester \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ros\u00e9e). <\/p>\n<p>Etaler sur les assiettes, saler, poivrer, saupoudrer d&#8217;herbes.
