Nettoyer l&#8217;ail, meurtris. Hacher le persil. M\u00e9langer la viande avec l&#8217;ail, le persil et l&#8217;huile, assaisonner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sel et de poivre. Reporter 3-4 feuilles restantes en petits morceaux, ajouter aux l\u00e9gumes avec la poudre de curry, m\u00e9langer. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tape 3<\/p>\n<p> De la viande secouer de la marinade et les faire frire conservent les feuilles de basilic,<br \/>\n2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Transf\u00e9rer sur un plat de service, couvrir et laisser dans un endroit chaud.
