Rouler la p\u00e2te en une couche mince, \u00e9talez sur une plaque de mains pour faire pare-chocs. Le poser sur la p\u00e2te le m\u00e9lange oignon couche lisse. Le dessus de la farce mettre la grille du poisson, coup\u00e9 en fines lani\u00e8res.<br \/>\nDans le centre de chaque losange de mettre l&#8217;olive.
