Schil en zaden, vruchtvlees in blokjes gesneden lang. Breng op smaak met zout en peper. <\/p>\n<p>Stap 2<\/p>\n<p> Vis schoon te maken, gut, spoel het goed uit van binnen en van buiten en dep het droog. Jas aan \u00e9\u00e9n kant met olijfolie, dek af met nog een laagje tapenade, gemengd met paneermeel. <\/p>\n<p>Stap 3<\/p>\n<p> Doe de olie-kant op een bakplaat. Op de top van de vis, over het karkas, spreid de plakken tomaat.<br \/>\nBak in de oven, voorverwarmd op 200\u00b0C gedurende 15-20 min.
