Uien en knoflook zijn duidelijk. Paprika &#8216; s gesneden in de helft, verwijder de partities en zaden. Het vlees gesneden in halve ringen met een breedte van 1 cm Courgette en aubergine snijd in 4 lengte doormidden, snijd dan in sectoren. Kruid met suiker, zout en peper.
