Verwijder het schuim, temper het vuur, breng op smaak met zout en kook tot ze gaar in 20 minuten. Haal de filets uit de bouillon, laat afkoelen en snijd dan in stukken van 1,5 cm breed <\/p>\n<p>Stap 2<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/6e5b22ce4558d5472b1b18c16ae28404.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Tijdens het koken van de kip, de voorbereiding van de vulling. Knoflook pellen en hakken. Klop de boter met de mosterd, knoflook en citroensap. Zet opzij. <\/p>\n<p>Stap 3<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/a714a061dbf32780216878003f635a9b.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Kip bouillon weer aan de kook brengen, zet de bonen en kook tot ze zacht zijn, 6-7 minuten Gooi deze weg in een vergiet. <\/p>\n<p>Stap 4<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/53b6aed5ce84f18e5d63c2522290cc10.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Eieren gekookt &#8220;in de tas&#8221;, 5 min. Spoel af met koud water, verwijder de schil en snijd in twee\u00ebn. Olijven in plakjes gesneden. De tomaten en de rucola, wassen, drogen. Schik de salade op een bord, bovenop leg de stukken kip en eieren.
